28 Manifestation Journaling Prompts

Choose a manifestation journal example and start writing:

  1. How are you feeling today?
  2. Do you feel like something needs to change in your personal life or career?
  3. What first step can you take to manifest that change?
  4. Write about a time when you successfully achieved your big dreams.
  5. What did it take to achieve the goal? What did the process look like?
  6. What personality traits do you have that hinder your progress?
  7. What did you learn from this experience? How does it translate to other experiences in your life?
  8. Do you’ve any blocks that prevent you from achieving your desires? If so, what’re they, and how can you overcome them (for example, if it’s fear, write down how you can face them)?
  9. Write about an event where a friend or family member helped you accomplish something important to you. What did he/she do, and why do you think his/her actions made the difference?
  10. What’re the negative thoughts you’ve about yourself?
  11. What did you want to be when you grew up?
  12. What’s your most important goal right now?
  13. Write a list of everything you need to be happy, then cross out all the things you can’t accomplish now.
  14. What would it be if you could change one thing in your life right now?
  15. How can you set goals that support the person you’re becoming, not the person you once were?
  16. What small thing can you do today to get closer to that goal?
  17. What limiting beliefs are keeping you from achieving your goals?
  18. How will you feel when you reach your main goal?
  19. Will achieving this goal help you achieve other important goals?
  20. Can you adjust your current goals to achieve what you want?
  21. What can you do now to make sure you achieve your goal?
  22. What habits do you have that will get you to your goal?
  23. What would you like to tell your future self to do differently now?
  24. How would you like your financial situation to look?
  25. What’re you currently doing for your physical health?
  26. How do you envision the last years of your life?
  27. What would you like to have accomplished by the end of your life?
  28. Who in your life helps you to be at your best?

The first thing you need to do is make a list of the things you want to manifest. This can be anything from a new job to a relationship. Once you’ve created your list, take time each day to visualize yourself achieving the goals on your list. In addition to visualizing, you should also focus on feeling as if it’s already happened. Imagine that you’ve already achieved what you want and allow yourself to feel happy about it.

When it comes to visualization and the Law of Attraction, there are some things that many people do wrong that prevent them from achieving what they want. Here are some common mistakes:

  • The first mistake is thinking that it’ll happen overnight! It’s not going to happen overnight! You’ll have to work at it every day for years before it happens! Don’t expect anything, and don’t get frustrated if nothing seems to happen for a long time or if it takes longer than expected for something to come into your life! Everything takes time, and nothing will happen if you don’t work hard for it!
  • Another mistake is to think that all the bad things in your life will go away if you achieve what you want! This is also not true! No matter how much money or fame you gain, if you haven’t learned to love yourself unconditionally, those bad feelings will still be in you and eventually return to your life because until you learn to love yourself unconditionally, nothing else matters.

The Structure of a Manifestation Diary Is Simple

The structure of a manifestation diary is simple. You write down all your aspirations, desires, and goals in one place. The diary can be a simple notebook, or you can use software to help you keep track.

There are many different ways to create a manifestation diary, but the most important thing is to have a place where you write down all your goals, desires, and progress.

  • The first step is to list all of your goals: both short-term and long-term. Next, you should write down what feelings those goals trigger in you when they’re achieved. For example, if your goal is to lose weight and get fit, think about how it would feel to fit back into your jeans or finally wear a bikini without feeling embarrassed about your appearance.
  • Then write down any excuses you can think of for not accomplishing these things, for example, “I don’t have enough money” or “I don’t have enough time.” Write these down, too, so you can address them later in the process (see below). Use the present tense; the past and future are irrelevant to what you can and cannot do now.
  • Next, add a positive affirmation or statement about yourself that will make it easier for you to achieve your dream life.

For example: If you’ve been having a lot of negative thoughts lately that blocked you from heading towards your goals and dream life, and you want to work on your positivity, you could write a positive affirmation as a reminder for yourself “From now on, I’ll make conscious decisions to have positive thoughts every day and not allow my subconscious mind to interfere with those positive thoughts.

How Often You Should Write a Manifestation Journal

There are so many different ways to write a manifestation journal. What works for one person may not work for another. The most important thing is to find the right manifestation diary method for your needs and goals.

My personal experience has shown me that writing a manifestation diary is an extremely effective method for clearing negative energies or blocks that prevent you from achieving your goals and focusing on what you want to manifest.

I find that it’s best to write your manifestation journal at least once a week, but I suggest you write it every day if possible.

I believe the more you write your manifestation diary, the more effective it’ll be.

Focus on Quality Rather Than Quantity

Many people worry about how often they should write in their manifestation diary.

The answer is that the journaling method is not really about how much or how often you write. It’s about creating a space where you can express yourself freely and confidently.

The more you get used to writing, the better the results will be as you develop your manifestation technique.

If you want to improve your manifestation journal, focus on quality, not quantity.

Don’t Worry if You Can’t Think of Something to Write Every Day

Just take the opportunity to go inside yourself and find out what’s happening in your life. You’ll be surprised at the insights that come when you just sit down and think about your thoughts and feelings without feeling rushed or pressured to fill pages with words!

If you can’t find time to write in your manifestation journal during the day, try doing it in the evening before you go to bed or in the morning after you wake up (or both!). Both times are great for introspection and reflection. So if you keep a regular schedule for it, you may find it easier.

If there are days when nothing “big” happens – no big revelations or breakthroughs – don’t worry! Just keep writing about whatever comes to mind. It’s important to make a habit of daily journal writing so you can reflect on past events and experiences and record your feelings and thoughts about the day’s events.

Keep It to Yourself

The best way to be yourself and be honest with yourself is to keep a private journal. In it, you can write down everything you don’t want other people to know about you, which can be a good way to let your feelings out.

What’s Special About a Diary Is That It’s Something Very Personal and Belongs Only to You

It’s a place where you can freely express yourself without worrying about what others think about your writing. A journal is also a great way to relieve stress, especially if you’ve had an argument with someone or if something has made you angry or upset during the day.

Many people find that writing down their thoughts and feelings helps them feel better because they no longer have those negative thoughts in their heads, but they’re written down on paper for everyone else to see. This means that if you go back and read through what you wrote earlier in the day, all of the negative thoughts and feelings are already written down so there’s nothing left for them to bother you with later in the day!

Digital or Handwritten Diary

In today’s world, we’ve many ways to keep a journal. We can use our phones, tablets, computers, and even a real notebook. Many believe digital journals are more convenient and efficient, but I disagree.

Handwriting is more beneficial than typing on a computer because you can express yourself freely without worrying about your data. You can just write down anything that comes to mind without thinking about spelling or grammar; this is great for those who’re not so good at either. Plus, it’s much easier to keep all your thoughts in one place when they’re written down and not typed on a computer screen.

Should You Keep Multiple Journals?

The idea of keeping multiple manifestation journals is for you to decide.

Some believe that keeping multiple manifestation journals will dilute your energy, and your manifestations won’t lead to success.

Others believe you can use one journal for specific things and another for general purposes.

I don’t believe in the second approach, but I do think it can be useful to keep a separate manifestation journal for specific areas of your life.

For example, if you’re trying to manifest the burning desire for a new job, it would be useful to keep all manifestations related to that topic in one journal template so that they don’t get mixed up with other types of manifestation journals.

When You Should Stop Writing a Manifestation Journal

A manifestation diary is a daily exercise where you write down what you want in life. It can be a very powerful tool to manifest your desires. But sometimes, it’s not the best way to get what you want.

Here are some tips on how to decide when it’s time to end your manifestation process:

  1. You’re not getting results anymore. If you write down what you want and it doesn’t come true, your expectation was wrong, or your belief wasn’t strong enough. Your intentions weren’t pure enough, or maybe there was some other factor you didn’t consider (e.g. someone else’s intention).
  2. You reached a point where you needed to change your focus. When people hit a wall with their manifestation journey, they should ask themselves why they continue to write them if they’re no longer getting results. What keeps them from continuing? Most of the time, the answer is fear of failure or success! If that’s the case for you, I’d recommend getting rid of your old journals and starting over with new intentions and beliefs that align with what YOU want!
  3. You use it as an escape from reality. You should stop if you find that you’re using your journal to escape real-world problems or struggles. You don’t want to create more problems by avoiding real problems!
  4. You’ve reached a point where your life has changed dramatically, and you need to focus not on your manifesting journal but on enjoying what you’ve manifested. If you’re complaining about the things that have come into your life, it may be time to stop writing in your manifestation diary.
  5. You feel that your diary has had its day and no longer serves any purpose. If you’re bored of repeatedly writing about the same things, or if you feel that it’s become redundant because everything has already happened (or hasn’t happened), then maybe it’s time to move on.
